Jaundice

 Jaundice is a disorder of body characterized by yellowing of the skin and the sclera or whites of the eye. It is not a disease but only a sign to many other disease. The basic causes of the discords are due to the high level of chemical bilirubin in the blood. Jaundice can occur when too much bilirubin builds up in the body due to excess dying or breakdown of RBC and reach to the liver. Any condition that disrupts the movement of bilirubine (Waste products that's produce when RBC breaks down) forms the blood to the liver and out of the body can causes jaundice.




Symptoms

      * Extreme fever in addition to have headache, weakness and                loss of appetite.
      * Yellow discoloration of the eyes, tongue, skin, nail and                    darkish yellow urine.
      * Dull pain, over the liver region.
      *   Itching in the whole body.

Treatments:

                          A.)   Non-pharmacological Treatment:

     * Tomatoes are considered to be best food to be consumed when you are suffering from jaundice.
     * At least twice a day take a glass of sugar cane juice.
     * Consumes plenty of boiled water, coconut water, radish and             papaya.
     * Avoid all types of meats, tea, narcotics, coco juices and                     alcohol etc.

                          B.)    Pharmacological Treatment:

     * Tablets of liv-52 or syrup 1-2 TSP thrice daily along with                  heavy doses of vitamin B-Complex
     *   Cap. Cobadex or cap. Becosules 2-4 Capsules daily after                  meals
